See your dance related merchandise and make your business visible to the dance enthusiast. We offer a $200/package rate for the vendor space, including a ½ page program ad and web site link to your web site.
Available for reservation are 4, 10’ by 10’ booth spaces, booth will be draped, two skirted tables, two chairs, wastebasket, and one after hours booth cleaning at the USA Dance 2010 FWDancesport Championships at Grand Wayne Convention Center in Fort Wayne, IN. You can place tables and chairs in any configuration within your booth space. Use of space outside your booth is prohibited without prior requested permission.
Set up time will be from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on July 30, 2010. Your table and exhibit must be cleared within one hour following the end of the competition on August 1, 2010. Deadline for ½ page ad in black & white camera ready is June 21, 2010. You may upgrade to a full page for an additional fee of $75.00.
Please download the vendor contract, and forward a signed copy together with your check to the address on the contract. Checks should be made payable to USA Dance.
